Monday Morning Love - Paper Dresses
October 07, 2013
A month or so ago I was scrolling though my blog reader when I happened upon a post from Apartment Therapy. At first I couldn’t figure out why the post caught my eye as it was about a nursery which isn’t something I normally read, but then I realized it was the art on the wall. This is it:

I bit of Googling located a shop in New Zealand called Annex that sells a travel wardrobe of paper dresses and purses. The dresses here are $195.

What do you think? Would you buy a paper dress to hang on your wall?

Ooooh, pretty! I've not seen anything like that before. I'm almost wondering if you could make something like that yourself? The paper for the New Zealand one is sold at DeSerres - I used to have it hanging in my kitchen!
ReplyDeleteI would absolutely buy a paper dress to hang on my wall. They're adorable. I'm half inclined to find out how to make them myself :)
ReplyDeleteWow! gorgeous.......I would love one for my bedroom! I wonder if they can custom the colors
ReplyDeleteWow these are pretty amazing! I'm always amazed at the creativity of some people.
ReplyDeleteMy older daughter would love these on her wall in her room. I am convinced she is going to be a designer of some sorts when she's older. Stunning work!
ReplyDeleteOooh... those are gorgeous! I wonder how hard they would be to make?
ReplyDeleteSo pretty! One of my fav art pieces in the house is a multimedia of a green high heeled shoe I keep in the bathroom. Bought it years ago and I still love it. How about you try a DIY paper dress? Might turn out really cute, and the price is waaaay better!
